Okay y’all, the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer is seriously THE BEST! I first started using this primer earlier this year and have been obsessed ever since.
I honestly did not want to like this product because it retails for $81 for 1.7oz (50 ml) but I couldn’t help but fall in love with it.
This is a cream based product that does double duty by acting as a smoothing facial primer AND a hydrating moisturizer. What more could you want!? Oh and it smells amazing!! I find that every time I use the Bobbi Brown Face Base Primer, my skin feels hydrated, smooth and glowy so my makeup sits perfectly on my skin all day!
The Bobbi Brown Face Base Primer contains vitamin C, E and B and is considered a clean beauty product which I love! If you are looking for a moisturizing primer (especially as we approach the winter season) that perfectly smoothes out your skin, then I absolutely recommend you give this product a try!
Benefit POREfessional Hydrating Primer
The Benefit POREfessional Hydrating Primer is a staple product in my makeup bag!
I used to use the original formula when it came to this face primer, but last year I tried the hydrating formula and never looked back! It contains hyaluronic acid which helps to attract moisture and keep the skin perfectly hydrated. This face primer does just that and I also find that it blends out uneven coloration in the skin which is nice too!
I use this primer in the areas of my face where I want to minimize my pores, which for me is on my nose and sometimes my cheeks and it seriously works wonders! My pores completely melt away and my skin appears super smooth! My makeup glides flawlessly onto my skin when I use this primer and stays put all day.
If you are looking for a primer that minimizes larger pores and smoothes out your skin, then I definitely recommend this face primer!
Smashbox Photo Finish Smooth & Blur Primer
I have been hooked on the Smashbox Photo Finish Smooth & Blur Primer ever since I first discovered it. I have honestly been using it for so long that I can’t even remember the first time that I tried it. It works so great that I have never looked back.
This primer comes in a gel format and glides onto the skin perfectly! It smoothes the surface of my skin so that my make up sits nicely over my pores and lasts all day. I love that it is a cruelty free product that contains vitamins E & A to help protect the skin from stress, damage and pollution.
It retails for $48 for 1oz (30 ml) of product and honestly goes a long way. You only need a tiny bit to get the perfect smoothing effect.
It is an all around great primer for all skin types that truly works. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
