Let’s make an Easy Fall Themed Charcuterie Board!
Charcuterie and cheese boards are the perfect appetizer for parties and social gatherings! They can include something for everyone and it’s all done on one board so you don’t have to fuss around trying to organize multiple appetizers.
Charcuterie boards are a lot easier to arrange than you may think! In my opinion, there is no right or wrong way to put them together! You don’t have to worry about following the “rules” when it comes to what to include and how exactly to lay everything out. Use ingredients that you and your guests love!
I have featured this Easy Fall Themed Charcuterie Board in my recent post My Top 4 Tips to Help You Entertain like a Pro! Make sure to check it out 🙂
Generally when I am putting together an appetizer board, I like to include a variety of cheeses, 1-3 variations of meats, crackers or bread, fruits and some form of dip or spread. For me, appetizer boards are all about the CHEESE so you will always find lots on any board that I create 😉 I also like to group items with complimentary flavours close together on the board.
The beauty of appetizer boards is that you can just do you! Include what you like and leave out what you don’t! They can be arranged in any which way and will always taste great!

Baked Brie with Red Pepper Jelly
This melty baked brie is topped with sweet and spicy red pepper jelly and wrapped in light and flaky crescent dough. This simple appetizer is totally DELICIOUS and extremely easy to make!
When it comes to the dough, you can use Pilsbury Rolled Dough Sheets or Pilsbury Crescent Roll Dough. Both are great options!
Ingredients:
- Pilsbury Dough of choice
- 1 8oz Wheel of Brie
- Red Pepper Jelly
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out the Pilsbury dough. You will need to cut down the middle of the dough to seperate it into two pieces. **note you will only need one half of the dough for one wheel of brie. Place the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
Place the brie onto the middle of the dough and top the brie with the red pepper jelly. You can use as little or as much as you like! Then you can pull each corner of the dough up and over the brie until it is fully covered and sealed. Brush the dough with the beaten egg.
Bake for 22-26 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
