My name is Alex and I am so happy you decided to stop by my little space on the internet!
I am passionate about taking the time to admire the simple beauty in life’s everyday moments, no matter how big or small.
I wanted to create a space that is authentic to me where you can catch a glimpse into the little things in my Everyday life that make me happy. You will find everything from home decor and entertaining tips, to tasty eats, mouthwatering sips and beauty recommendations and reviews!

Meet A
So how did Everyday A come to be?
Well, the idea of starting up a blog was on my mind for SEVERAL years before I finally went ahead and created Everyday A. Now here we are… my passion project has its own little space on the internet to call home.
I have always been an extremely creative being, so after high school I ventured off into the beauty industry. I became a hairstylist and absolutely adored it. It was so rewarding to be able to let my creativity run free. To see how the art of cutting and colouring could make my clients feel so good about themselves when they looked into the mirror.
I had the fabulous pleasure of being able to travel and expand my education by attending the Vidal Sassoon Academy in sunny LA… what an amazing experience that was! I was also blessed with the opportunity to be able to work behind the scenes on TV sets and fashion shows which was a real blast!
As I made my way through life, my passion for Interior Design was always in the back of my mind… I was constantly swooning over a beautiful room or unique piece of furniture.
As a child, I would rearrange my room constantly. Always finding myself moving around the picture frames and decorative items in the house. I couldn’t help but imagine how a space could be transformed. Don’t even get me started on the countless visits to Homesense… yes I know you can all relate 😉
Eventually, I became a certified Interior Decorator. I am so thrilled to share my tips that will hopefully inspire you all in your homes.
Everyday A is not only a space where I share all of my knowledge that I have learned while working in both the Beauty and Interior Design Industries. But also a space where I share things that I love to do in my home life! That’s where all of my favourite delicious food & drink recipes come in! I love letting my creativity run wild in the kitchen.
