Happy Easter Babes! Let’s make my Refreshing Watermelon & Elderflower Sparkling Prosecco!
It has been a hot minute since I have released a cocktail recipe! Easter weekend has arrived and I know y’all must be thirsty! I figured what better time to share this Refreshing Watermelon & Elderflower Sparkling Prosecco recipe with all of you, just in time for the holidays!
This cocktail is a little bit sweet and will have you living your spring time Easter fantasy! It is the perfect sweet treat to pair with your Easter feast.
Watermelon is one of my favourite spring time fruits. It is light and juicy, an ideal flavour to compliment the sweet notes of the elderflower liqueur and bubbly prosecco.
What makes this cocktail extra special, is not only the fresh watermelon juice, but the addition of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur. This stunning bottle of St. Germain is filled with a unique French liqueur that is a little bit sweet and undeniably fruity! Perfect for the spring and summer months!
It is made by harvesting beautiful elderflower blossoms to create this perfectly balanced liqueur. They claim to have up to 1000 elderflower blossoms in every bottle! Pretty cool!
When I think of St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, I am immediately transported to the sweet memories of sipping refreshing cocktails during the warm spring and summer months. Fruity cocktails like tasty sangria, refreshing smashes and bubbly Prosecco are a few that definitely come to mind!
Get your champagne flutes ready and let’s make refreshing cocktail! It is so easy to make and you will only need three ingredients!
Cheers! I hope you love it!
