FETA… perfectly salty, crumbly and a tad bit tangy. I seriously love feta! It is the perfect topping for salads, roasted veggies, garlicky fries or potatoes, pizzas or even mixed into your favourite dips!
Now Whipped Feta on the other hand takes this salty, crumbly cheese to a whole new level. It completely changes the texture and is so velvety and delicious! With that in mind, imagine it drizzled with some perfectly sweet and spicy Hot Honey… I know, delicious right!?
The recipe for my Whipped Feta with Hot Honey is a simple and easy appetizer to whip up that will please any crowd! The best part is, you can serve it with almost any side! Some of my favourite things to dip into this Whipped Feta are air fryer potatoes, grilled naan bread, fresh veggies or even sliced fruits like crunchy pears.

Delicious Savoury Whipped Goat Cheese with Garlic Roasted Tomatoes
Sweet & Velvety Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey & Pistachios
Ingredients:
For the Whipped Feta:
200 g feta cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Hot Honey:
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Method
To make the whipped feta, add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
To make the hot honey, add the honey and chilli flakes into a pot and heat over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, continuously stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar and allow to cool. Store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge.
To serve, drizzle the hot honey over the whipped feta and serve with your choice of sides such as veggies, air fryer potatoes or grilled naan bread.
